1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product you received is:

    • Damaged or defective

    • Not the item you ordered

    • Significantly different from the description

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, product details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with the purchase invoice.

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us after the return window is closed.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the return request if the product is damaged on purpose or any other reason.

2. Refund

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of partial refunds (if applicable), you’ll be notified in advance.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel the refund request if the product is damaged on purpose or any other reason.

3. Replacements

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund, wherever possible. A proof must be provided like video or image of opening the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Batteries that have been installed, used or damaged due to mishandling.

  • Products returned without original invoice or packaging.
